Who we are

Scripter Digital provides pharmacy clinical services software. For questions about this notice or your data, contact us via the contact page or at info@scripter.digital.

What this website collects

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message. Submitting it sends that information to our forms service, which stores it and opens a ticket in our internal support system so the team can reply. We use it only to respond to your enquiry.

Form submissions are protected against abuse with a honeypot field and rate limiting; where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that the submission came from a person, under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not run third-party trackers. Fonts and images are served from this site itself. Booking a demo happens on Calendly, and logging in happens on the Scripter platform; those services apply their own privacy terms once you are there.

How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are retained in the forms service for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically. The support ticket created from your enquiry is retained for as long as we need it to handle your query and our relationship with you.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to our processing of it. Contact us and we will respond; you can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with our answer.
